B2B Terms and Conditions — AI Section (§12)

12. Artificial Intelligence and Content Generation

12.1. Text generation technology

Kluppy uses generative artificial intelligence models (Google Vertex AI — Gemini) to create typing exercise texts adapted to each user's level and language settings. The Client acknowledges that:

a) Texts are produced using emerging technology (language models) that may occasionally generate inaccurate or inappropriate results.

b) Texts are subjected to automated quality and safety filters, but Kluppy cannot guarantee the absolute absence of inappropriate content.

c) Generated texts do not represent the opinions, values or positions of Kluppy or its employees.

d) Generated texts do not constitute official educational material nor replace the school's curriculum.

Kluppy implements automatic detection and blocking systems for inappropriate content. The Client may report any unsuitable text for immediate review and removal through the support system.

12.2. Commitment to not training on Client data

Kluppy DOES NOT use the Client's user activity data (keystrokes, errors, typed texts, performance metrics) to train, refine or improve artificial intelligence models of any kind, whether proprietary or third-party.

Activity data is used exclusively to:

a) Calculate individual and group performance metrics.

b) Adapt curriculum difficulty to the user's level.

c) Generate progress reports for the Client's organisation.

Google Vertex AI processes text generation requests without retaining data for model training, in accordance with the configuration of Kluppy's Google Cloud project (Data Logging disabled, Europe-Southwest1 region).

12.3. Ownership of generated data

Progress reports, performance statistics and analytical data generated from the Client's user activity are considered Client Data. Kluppy shall not claim ownership rights over such data.

Kluppy retains intellectual property over the platform, the pedagogical curriculum, the adaptation algorithms and the technological infrastructure.

12.4. Minors' interaction with AI

The Client's users (including minors) DO NOT interact directly with artificial intelligence models. Text generation is performed exclusively on Kluppy's servers, without intervention or input from the end user. The resulting texts are filtered, validated and pre-approved before being presented as typing exercises.

This architecture ensures that minors are not exposed to conversational AI interfaces or on-demand content generation.

12.5. Text reuse across organisations

Exercise texts may be reused across different organisations when they share the same level and language configuration. Kluppy optimises content generation through intelligent caching systems to ensure immediate exercise availability and minimise latency.

12.6. Availability of AI generation service

AI text generation depends on third-party services (Google Cloud Vertex AI). In the event of unavailability of these services, Kluppy will automatically use its pre-generated text library to ensure exercise continuity.

Under no circumstances shall temporary unavailability of the AI generation service interrupt access to the platform or typing exercises.
