My Library Module Terms
My Library Module Terms
Product: Kluppy Connect โ Educational Organisation Plan Version: 1.0 ยท September 2026 Accepted electronically by the Organisation's management when purchasing the module from the admin panel store (acceptance checkbox, with version, date and user recorded), and reaffirmed by each staff member when publishing a text (per-text declaration). These terms complement the B2B Terms and Conditions, which prevail in anything not regulated here.
1. What the module is and what it is not
1.1. My Library lets the Organisation's staff write their own typing-practice texts, organise them in folders shared by all the Organisation's staff, and have Kluppy show them to the Organisation's students in their exercises, blended with the platform's general bank or pinned to an assignment.
1.2. The Organisation's texts are practice content. They are not part of any assessment, common test or evidence report of the Competency Assessment Module, and they produce no effect on the student by themselves.
1.3. The texts are written by people. Kluppy does not generate them with artificial intelligence. Before showing them, Kluppy automatically applies (a) a technical clean-up so they can be typed on the Organisation's keyboard, (b) a filter of disallowed expressions and (c) a safety filter that may leave a text under review by management, but never rejects it on its own.
2. Responsibility for the content
2.1. The Organisation is solely responsible for the texts its staff publish: for their content, for their suitability to the age and context of its students, and for ensuring they do not infringe third-party rights. Kluppy acts as a hosting service provider for those texts (art. 16 of Spanish Law 34/2002 and art. 6 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065).
2.2. Each text is shown to students with an indication that it comes from their Organisation.
2.3. The automatic filters in section 1.3 are an aid, not a guarantee nor an editorial review by Kluppy. Their outcome does not transfer to Kluppy any responsibility for the content.
3. Personal data
3.1. It is forbidden to include personal data in the texts โ of students, families, staff or third parties (names, surnames, addresses, phone numbers, identifiers or any data that allows a person to be identified). An exercise text is content, not a processing of personal data, and it must stay that way.
3.2. When publishing, the person writing the text declares that it contains no personal data and that the Organisation has the right to use it. That declaration is recorded with the text.
3.3. Kluppy keeps, together with each text, the identity of the staff member who published it, solely for library management and traceability towards the Organisation. This processing is governed by the Data Processing Agreement in force.
4. Licence of use
4.1. The Organisation warrants that it holds the necessary rights over the texts it publishes and grants Kluppy a non-exclusive, free and limited licence to store them, clean them up technically and show them to the Organisation's own students while the module is contracted and the text is published.
4.2. The texts belong to the Organisation only: Kluppy does not show them to users of other organisations nor add them to the general bank.
5. Withdrawal and filters
5.1. The author of a text and the Organisation's management can retire it at any time from the panel; it stops being shown immediately. Management can require that staff texts go through its review before being published.
5.2. Students can report a text; reports are shown to the Organisation's management, which decides. Kluppy may retire a text when it becomes aware that it infringes these terms or the law, and will notify the Organisation.
5.3. Kluppy may limit the number of texts per Organisation and the number of texts that go through the safety filter per day; the limits in force are shown in the panel.
6. Price and billing
6.1. The module is contracted per licensed student and school year, at the price in force in the panel store at the time of purchase, VAT not included, on the number of licences contracted by the Organisation and prorated by whole months until those licences expire.
6.2. The right of use ends with the Organisation's licences. Management can deactivate and reactivate the module from the store at no cost while that right lasts; deactivating it gives no right to a refund. Upon deactivation or expiry, the texts are kept and stop being shown; they are deleted together with the Organisation's data in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement.
6.3. Kluppy may modify these terms for new purchases; the Organisation is bound by the version accepted at its purchase, which is recorded in the panel.
